Public Works Director is Mike Fronapfel. He is in charge of the Town’s maintenance crew and will oversee all aspects of the water, electrical, streets, sewer and town buildings.

Sanitation Rates
RESOLUTION 2025-002
Section 1 – Residential Sanitation Rates:
Each residence shall pay to the Town of Guernsey the following monthly rate for the removal of garbage:
- September 2024: $28.00
September 2025: $31.50
September 2026: $35.25
Section 2 – Commercial Sanitation Rates:
Each commercial establishment shall pay to the Town of Guernsey the following monthly rate for the removal of garbage:

- Section 3 – A fuel surcharge shall be added to each monthly bill as a percentage increase to base amounts contained in Section 1 and 2 based upon increases in the cost of diesel per gallon as determined and charged to the Town of Guernsey by the vendor.
